UR Pathway is a peer-led supportive space for Black people, Indigenous people, and People of Color to safely share their experiences & heal from addiction, grief, mental health challenges, stress, trauma, and other circumstances that negatively affect our quality of life.
Unique Recovery Pathway, affectionately referred to as UR (your) Pathway, brings a fresh approach to mental health / recovery support services. Our weekly community check-in sessions are free to attend and designed to celebrate all pathways of recovery while supporting the influence of culture and identity on one's healing journey.
We understand that recovery is unique to every individual and aim to create a safe space of community and support for those seeking healing from addiction (substance use disorder/SUD)/addictive behaviors, mental health challenges, and traumatic experiences.
