UR Pathway for Women

UR Pathway is a peer-led supportive space for Black people, Indigenous people, and People of Color to safely share their experiences & heal from addiction, grief, mental health challenges, stress, trauma, and other circumstances that negatively affect our quality of life.


Unique Recovery Pathway, affectionately referred to as UR (your) Pathway, brings a fresh approach to peer support with a weekly support group meeting for Black, Indigenous, & People of Color (BIPOC) in or seeking recovery from addiction/substance misuse, mental health challenges, chronic stress, and traumatic events.

Free to attend, this specific group for Women was designed to provide a safe space for Black women to freely and safely express themselves.

UR Pathway for Women support group meetings are held every fourth Thursday at 6PM (EST).


UR Pathway general support sessions meet every Wednesday at 6PM (EST). 

UR Pathway for Men meets every second Monday at 6PM (EST).

UR Pathway for Women meets every fourth Thursday at 6PM (EST).


All sessions have virtual access with Zoom. Pre-registration is preferred.
