UR Pathway Peer Support Session

UR Pathway is a peer-led support group for BIPOC to safely share their experiences & heal from addiction, mental health conflict and trauma.


Unique Recovery Pathway, affectionately referred to as UR (your) Pathway, brings a fresh approach to recovery supports with a weekly support group session for Black, Indigenous, & People of Color (BIPOC) in or seeking recovery from addiction/substance misuse, mental health challenges, chronic stress and trauma.

Free to attend, this support group was designed to celebrate all pathways of recovery while supporting the influence of culture and identity on one's healing journey.

We understand that recovery is unique to every individual and aim to create a safe space of community and support for those seeking healing from addiction (substance use disorder/SUD)/addictive behaviors, mental health challenges, and traumatic experiences.

This includes but is not exclusive to:

  • Anxiety

  • Bi-polar disorder

  • Black existence

  • Cigarettes

  • Co-dependency

  • Compulsive behaviors

  • Depression

  • Domestic violence

  • Eating disorders

  • Financial dysfunction and gambling

  • Gun violence

  • Homelessness/home insecurity

  • Mood Disorders

  • Personality Disorders

  • Police brutality

  • Sex addiction

  • Substance Abuse/Misuse/Use


UR Pathway general support sessions meet every 2nd & 4th Wednesday at 6PM (EST). 

UR Pathway for Men meets every second Monday at 6PM (EST).

UR Pathway for Women meets every fourth Thursday at 6PM (EST).


All sessions have virtual access with Zoom. Pre-registration is preferred.
