UR Pathway at Flanner Farms

  • Flanner Farms at Flanner House 2424 Doctor Martin Luther King Junior Street Indianapolis, IN, 46208 United States (map)

UR Pathway is a peer-led support group for BIPOC to safely share their experiences & heal from addiction, mental health conflict and trauma.

Unique Recovery Pathway, affectionately referred to as UR (your) Pathway, brings a fresh approach to recovery supports with a weekly support group session for Black, Indigenous, & People of Color (BIPOC) in or seeking recovery from addiction/substance misuse, mental health challenges, chronic stress and trauma.

Free to attend, this support group was designed to celebrate all pathways of recovery while supporting the influence of culture and identity on one's healing journey.

We understand that recovery is unique to every individual and aim to create a safe space of community and support for those seeking healing from addiction (substance use disorder/SUD)/addictive behaviors, mental health challenges, and traumatic experiences.
